Ownership & Control

I confirm that I own or control the rights to the submitted sound recording, and that I have the authority to grant Zignal the permissions described in this agreement.

Authority to Grant Permission

I confirm I have the authority to grant Zignal permission to use the submitted recording for the purposes described herein, and that all necessary consents from relevant contributors and rightsholders have been obtained.

Unauthorized Samples & Third-Party Material

I confirm the recording does not contain unauthorized samples or third-party material unless I have cleared all necessary rights for Zignal’s use, and I have disclosed any such material in the submission.

Permission to Store & Reproduce

I grant Zignal permission to store and technically reproduce the submitted recording for the purpose of streaming and promoting it through Zignal Radio.

Permission to Stream & Publicly Perform

I grant Zignal permission to stream and publicly perform the submitted recording on Zignal Radio — Colorado and future Zignal Radio stations.

Promotional Use

I grant Zignal permission to use the submitted recording for artist promotion and Zignal promotional purposes, including featuring me as a Zignal artist.

Removal Upon Rights Dispute

I acknowledge that Zignal may remove my content from rotation if a rights dispute occurs, without prejudice to either party’s rights.

No Copyright Transfer

This agreement grants Zignal a limited license only. It does not transfer my copyright or ownership of the recording to Zignal. I retain all rights not expressly granted here.
